De1-SOC memory issue

I am a first year electrical engineering student and recently bought the DE1-SOC for some project testing. While i was hardprogramming a project the process stopped because of a power issue. Since then when i am hardprogramming other projects i get random led's or sections of the hex's turn on that are unassigned in the project. Is there a way to wipe the memory ?
