DDR SDRAM read/write in cyclone III starter kit

hi

i am new user of cyclone III kit,can any one tell me how to perform DDR SDRAM read / write in cyclone III kit for sequential memory block.

actualy stater kit has 32Mbyte of DDR SDRAM,
