Cyclone2の絶対最大定格

Cyclone2製品を長期使用しています。I/Oピンの波形を確認した所、絶対最大定格(-0.5V)以下の状態が2.2ns程度ありました。最悪は-0.7V程度なのですが、短時間であれば、問題ないとかの目安はありませんでしょうか？御教示をお願いします。

    If you refer to Cyclone II Handbook, under DC Characteristics and Timing Specifications page 5-1, it mentioned that condition beyond the absolute ratings will cause permanent damage to a device. These are stress ratings only. Functional operation at these levels or any other conditions beyond those specified in this chapter is not implied. Additionally, device operation at the absolute maximum ratings for extended periods of time may have adverse effect on the device reliability.

Hi,
Notes to Table 5-1:
"During transition, the inputs may undershoot to –2.0 V for input currents less than 100 mA and periods shorter than 20 ns."
