The schematic is available on the resource CD that comes with the kit. Or download it from here (http://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?language=english&categoryno=167&no=830&partno=4).

However, I can tell you that the DATA pins required for FPP are not broken out to a header on the board - not all of them anyway. Some connect to the on board serial configuration device, others to the SD card. So, it won't be at all easy to break out all the signals required for FPP without seriously risking your dev board.
