Cyclone IV price point?

I plan to use the EP4CGX50 in a F672 package. What price can i expect in 100-quantity? Also, when will the Cyclone IV in this package be available? Are these devices available for sampling...

I mainly want to use the Arria GX Dev Kit to experiment with the transceivers in PIPE mode. I believe the megafunction for this has the same interface when instantiated in a Cyclone IV so the Arria GX should be fine for prototyping.

Historically, how long would it take for a new Altera FPGA to be widely available from the time it is released?
