Cyclone IV price point?

I did just get off the phone with Altera and Arrow. Altera simply referred me to Arrow and Arrow simply quoted information from their web site. It seems the Cyclone IV is vaporware and it looks like i have to choose another part for my project. I'm leaning towards an Arria GX instead since it is mature, has development kits as well as plenty of parts on the market. I'll start a separate thread regarding this...
