Cyclone IV GX110 power estimation, I'm very suspicious

I'm worried I'm driving the power play power estimator wrong as the predicted power consumption seems on the low side. I really don't want to run out of core current, so I'm using a buck switcher that produces the 1.2V at up to 3A. Is there a way of separately sanity checking this, or getting an expert opinion?

The fitter reports 62,018 LEs and 264 multiplier 9-bit elements used, mostly clocked at 120MHz together with my PCIe hard endpoint.
