Your words "can't use with Ryzen CPU" are not very explicit. Can't use how? Do you mean some form of direct connect to the CPU?
If you want PCIe or RapidIO or direct GBe capability you should look at the CycloneIV GX series parts instead of the E series.

I mean when I want to move the code from the emulator to FPGA the FPGA is not recognized by my system because I have Ryzen CPU , I hope now you can understand what I mean.

Well, this does not help much. What 'emulator'? Modelsim? Or something else?
What do you mean by 'move the code'? Do you mean program the configuration EEPROM on a development board? Or something else.
If you are going to ask questions here and expect a reasonable answer, you need to provide a detailed description of your setup.
And then what you are trying to do. And then the problem you are seeing.
Lots of details, otherwise you are not going to get much useful help.
