Cyclone III developement kit

What is the best available Cyclone III developement kit available out there?

At the moment the Cyclone III FPGA starter kit seems the most attractive, with its huge amounts of memory. However, does any one know of other, possibly cheaper Cyclone III development kits that enable me to use the Nios II embedded processor ??
