What is the best available Cyclone III developement kit available out there? At the moment the Cyclone III FPGA starter kit seems the most attractive, with its huge amounts of memory. However, ...

If it is only a matter of price, I suggest you to push with your local Altera distributor, I think he will find a solution if your project is interesting.
