Cyclone III configuration

I'm about to spin my Cyclone 3 board and want to be sure I get the configuration stuff wired correctly. I'm using a JTAG connection to the USB Blaster and a Serial Config Device (active serial)...

I know at least, that all 3.3 VCCIO is performing well, but wouldn't expect big differences with 2.5V VCCIO. But it seems to me, that the protection circuit also can improve JTAG signal quality. Series resistors shouldn't have too high value (not above 100 ohms), otherwise TCK could pick up interferences.
