Cyclone 4 GX Transceiver PLL Reconfiguration

Hi,

Is there any design example for PLL Dynamic Reconfiguration of GX- Transceiver ?

Does Application note (AN-609) has design example or if somebody could post other example with cyclone 4 devices would be really helpful.
