Cyclone 10 GX: unused GX Transceiver

1)Can I connect VCCR_GXBL, VCCT_GXBL, VCCL_GXBL to GND if none of the Transceivers is used? 2) Can I connect VCCH_GXBL to GND?

hi, In general, you can refer to Cyclone 10 pin connection guideline for power connection usage guideline. https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/dp/cyclone-10/pcg-01022.pdf Based on Cyclone 10 pin connection guideline (page 17), it's still recommended to power up VCCR and VCCH, the only exception is VCCT.
