I am designing a project using the PCIe Hard IP on the Cyclone 10 GX. Are there any windows 10 drivers (preferably open source) available or at least a template to get me started?
Or do you recommend a third party developer like Jungo to support this family?

As per the design example user guide below, this design comes with a window driver, but this is not a source code.

And yes, you can consider using Jungo to develop the window driver.
