- Differential termination can be also enabled in Pin Planner. The respective column must be switched on in context menu first.

Regular ContributorCyclone 10 GX does support On-Chip I/O Termination which you can refer Table 43 from below link on the OCT schemes supported for LVDS I/O.
Furthermore, Figure 78 shows the termination for differential receiver. It also mentioned that you can enable on-chip termination in the Assignment Editor inside Quartus Prime Pro software. For more details, you can refer below link:
