current drive capability of cyclone II EP2C20F484C7 FPGA

hey,

For driving a simple LED i need a maximum current of 30mA. Does the mentioned FPGA can support this from the GPIO pins? i would like to know the max current can be suplied by each GPIO pin, didnt find it in the manuals/ datasheets, can someone refer me to this information?

In addition, i use in my project only 2 pins for output, is there a way in this case to get a higher current from the pins i use (by shorting other pins together with them for example)?
