Corrupted .qar??

Hi Every,

I have a .qar file that archiced by QuartusII2.2. But now I cannot open it with any version(I have tested QII2.2 ,QII8.0,QII8.1).

Who can help to check what is wrong with this .qar? Is it a corrupted file?

Any suggestion for this case?
