Configuration with programming device and external host processor

Hi,

currently I am designing a board around a Stratix II FPGA. I want to be able to programm the FPGA in FPP mode with a microprocessor and optional with an EPC8 device. Direct programming via JTAG shall be possible as well. I use USB Blaster for that, the FPGA and EPC8 are in one JTAG chain.

How can I connect the FPGA to the memory interface and GPIOs of the processor without conflicts?
