Compatibility of USB Blaster II and MAX II

Dear Intel Community,

We got both USB Blaster II and MAX II - EPM570ZM256I8N, in MAX II Device Handbook there is no mention for USB Blaster II. With high probability we're sure that we can program MAX II with USB Blaster II but before initiate, just wanted to be sure.

So, can we program MAX II with USB Blaster II with no problem?

    As long as you use a version of Quartus Programmer that supports your device, and an operating system that is supported so the USB drivers can load successfully, the hardware is compatible for programming. It should work. I use Quartus Prime Lite 16.0 on Windows 10 21H2 and it works for me.
