Clean .pof file for 7032SLC44?

How can I get a clean (erased) .pof file for an EPM7032SLC44 device? Beyond buying a brand new device, which are really hard to find.

I bought a bunch of surplus 7032SLC devices that have had their JTAG pins programmed as I/O so they can't be re-programmed via JTAG.
