Can not access EPM7128SL84-10

I Used EMP7128SL84-10,come accoss such a question ,what should I do?

Error: JTAG ID code specified in JEDEC STAPL Format File does not match any valid JTAG ID codes for device

    Do an auto-detect of the device. Then click on "Change-device" and manually select the device you have on JTAG chain. If you have more than one JTAG devices on the chain, then specify them in "correct" order in the Programmer.
