Can I call PCS megacore?

I want to directly use and configure the PCS block of PCIe. Is it possible for me just to call its PCS block? Does the PCS have a megacore which can be used directly? Many thanks.

To what I understand, you could not instantiate and use only the hard PCS block of the transceiver channels. On the other hand, in some devices, you can use PMA block only without PCS. So it can be PMA only but not PCS only.
