Can EP4CGX use different I/O voltage for bank 8 and 8A?

Hello all,

I am using EP4CGX50. There are two dedicated clock input I/O banks (I/O bank 3A and I/O bank 8A) that can be used for either high-speed serial interface input reference clock pins or clock input pins. They are alongside against with I/O bank 3 and I/O bank 8. Do they have any connection?

Can I use 3.3V for bank 8 (LVTTL I/O) and 2.5V for bank 8A (LVDS clock)?
