Honored ContributorDo you mean Altera's Master Programming Unit - "MPU" - rather than 'apu'? Assuming so, you've got the right kit. Do you have a suitably old PC to control it from? max+plus ii (https://www.altera.com/support/support-resources/download/legacy/maxplus2/dnl-baseline.html) doesn't run under Windows 10/8/7 etc. - try Windows 95...
