book or website for "novice" FPGA designer?

Hello

I've just started working with FPGA since a couple of months... and I am the only one which work with FPGA in my company.

So I have to learn by myself how to design FPGA.

I'm looking for a good book or website which gives "tips and tricks" for doing a good design for synthesis.... in fact all what a FPGA designer must know! (VHDL design, simulation, timing...)

Can you advice me about any book or website?

(except alteraforum.com & altera.com! )
