Would like to know why the body marking on the part was different with the MPN (MPN#5M160ZE64I5N)?
In fact, the body marking on the part is 5M160ZE64C4/I5N. Will I receive wrong part from manufacturer? Can somebody help to provide more explaination or information about this? Thanks.

Please note that 5M160ZE64C4/I5N is a dual marking device. Dual part markings on MAX® V devices are intended to show -4 commercial specifications also meet the -5 industrial specifications.
