Yes we know of the obsolesces – which is why there is a redesign – is it possible you can tell me of the material of:

10M40DAF484I7G
EPM7128AEFI100-7
EP1S20F484I6

Example would be PCB the die is mounted on and the over cast mold  (plastic?)
Our customer is asking a study between the old design to the new design and this is one of the issues since we applied a BGA underfill to these parts
