I want to check the coefficient of expansion comparison between - my old part EP1S20F484I6 and the new part 10M40DAF484I7G

Also the coefficient of expansion of EPM7128AEFI100-7

Are all 3 constructed the same a way?

    Sorry to tell you that we do not have CTE data for our products.


    We also have limited information for obsolete product such as EPM7128AEFI100-7 and EP1S20F484I6.
