Behaviour of 74594 QHP or serial out pin

I have an actual 74594 connected on my bench and I have it in my Quartus II schematic top level design. I'm watching the functioning of it on SignalTap and the logic of the QHP pin is inverted as compared to the real thing. Even from reset all the outputs go to zero except qhp goes high... Seams like a serious bug to me...

Any others find this?
