13 years agoThe USB Blaster or compatible (terasic makes a $50 compatible device) can program the CPLD's.
http://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?language=english&categoryno=74 However, how hard/easy it's going to be depends on if the security bit was set when the CPLD was programmed. If it was not, you should be able to read the configuration out, and program it to the new device with no problem. If it was set, you need to have the original programming file, or you are out of luck. Pete
