Hi Dlim,

I want to update information.

I reduced the instance from #00,01,02,03 to #01.

As a result, the placement of fPLL was changed.

fPLL#01 was moved to below one bank.

I attached the chip planner view.

Does it mean that I can set the placement about fPLL by Quartus Prime ?
