ARRIA V slower than STRATIX V????

Hi all, I have been using stratix V for a module and my input to reg data delays were around 5ns. Recently i have started using ARRIA V with same module and even with same qsf at speed grade 5...

Actually even ARRIA II is faster than ARRIA V since II is built on HP and V is built on LP.
