hi,houly,

SERDES can be implemented as a 250MHz bidir port.

I have already use a 75MHz 1:2 SERDES in arriaII EP2AGX125EF35,which means logic in SEREDS is driven by a 150MHz clk. And I will try the higher frequency later.
