Hi,

Can I know what the use of measuring current on each pin?

Do you want to measure power consumed by FPGA?

You can use Early Power Estimator excel sheet to calculate the power that will be utilized by FPGA.

or

probe on the resistor(low) on the path of FPGA and its power source.
