This IC's MPN is 10M04SAU169C8G, DC: 2013 , Flex PN: : KSIH- 53550-2003-000.

Cause : Function test fail. input qty:756 pcs, Defect qty:24pcs, fail rate: 3.1%

reference tested data:

#1，D/C:2013，F5 to A1 resistance value is less than 10Ω, normal more than 30KΩ.

#2，D/C:2013，F5 to A1 resistance value is less than 10Ω, normal more than 30KΩ.

#3，D/C:2025，F5 to A1 resistance value is less than 10Ω, normal more than 30KΩ.
