Honored ContributorReally all you need to do is write a little code to read from the EPCS device. This would be extremely easy to do if you drop a NIOS into that cyclone III. Then you could just read the data from the EPCS64 via software and write it out to the FPGA. That's what I'd do at least to get things up and going. You could then move it into gateware afterwards.
