AN 356 SDI Reference Design Sources

Hi all,

I am looking for the VHDL sources which are described

in AN 356 " Serial Digital Interface Reference Design

for Cyclone & Stratix Devices. They are pretty old,

from August 2004 and I can't find them in the altera

archives. Does anyone have a link?
