Altera wiki Server Hangup

Hi, Anyone's experiencing server hangup when trying to upload file(.zip) to Altera wiki? My file is about 12MB. Thanks.

I think there is a period daily where the server go into maintenance. Usually if you try an hour later it should be ok.
