Altera Software Licensing

My Question: If i want to buy a license for Quartus II Software ( I have the options for Fixed or Float ) I want to buy a Fixed License. Is it possible to use the NIC ID from a Bluetooth...

Hi,

afaik you have to specify the NIC ID the license is "tied to". Thus that sounds feasible, as this seems to be same like installing a PCI ethernet card on different PCs. Nevertheless we're talking about a serious amount of money, thus I think best is to adress this @Altera directly before ordering.
