14 years ago --- Quote Start --- Does anybody know who make the Altera s4_pcie_devkit_revb PC board. --- Quote End --- What PCB features are you interested in duplicating? This board here is at least as complicated as the Stratix IV board (though it does not use high-speed transceivers, just 1Gbps LVDS); http://www.ovro.caltech.edu/~dwh/carma_board/ (http://www.ovro.caltech.edu/%7edwh/carma_board/) The PCBs were manufactured by http://www.ddiglobal.com/ The LVDS traces were routed differentially through the 1mm pitch BGA. The vias on the underside were epoxy filled and plated so that I could place decoupling caps directly on the BGA vias on the rear of the PCB. Its an 18-layer board, with about 2500 parts, and 12000 nets. The schematic and PCB files are on the web page, you can open the PCB file in Allegro's free viewer. Cheers, Dave
