    Those kits are likely to be very cheap, probably <$50 for a new one. Probably has very little, or zero resell value.

    This is an old kit, and for $50 you can get much nicer kits (eg, the Arrow BeMicro-MAX10), so your board really has no value. You can try selling it on eBay, but you'll spend as much of your personal time as the board is worth.

    If you have an interest in FPGAs/CPLDs, then figure out how to use it. If not, then find someone who is interested, and give it to them as a gift.

    Tell them about this forum, and they can get some help getting something working.

    Yes, that board is too old to have any value. The tools for it won't run on a modern OS. Much better options are available for $30-$50 brand new.
