Altera-EPM3128ATC100-10 , Failure analysis data

Hi, 
We are using Altera-EPM3128ATC100-10 in our Design which is Safety device in Elevator Recently during our Certificate update of our Design we have got query from Certifying body about the Reliability if the PLD chip. Please share the Failure analysis data for the chip which Provides the Failure mode information.

Hi,Thank you for contacting Intel community.You can find the FIT rate for Altera devices in the Reliability Report.
