Altera DE1 board interface with 4.3" LCD Touch Panel Kit

hi, Im newbie in this FPGA Verilog programming. I plan to use 4.3" LCD Touch Panel Kit to communicate with the Altera DE1 board.

What can expect this 4.3" LCD Touch Panel Kit can do ?

can create a visual GUI?like finger print,keypad,LCD..or others?
