Altera Cyclone V FPGA 5CGTFD5C5U1917N

The Altera Cyclone V FPGA 5CGTFD5C5U1917N FPGA has a two year lead time as of 9/21/2023. Is there hope that this lead time will shrink? Are there surrogates for this package?
