Altera 1517 Lid and Die questions

I am trying to understand the dimensions and materials used to finish out the lid and die on the 1517 FPGA. In order to analyze the structural durability of the chip within the environment it being used in I need lid material and the lid adhesive as well as the lid geometries. I would also need information on the substrate.

Is there a number at Atera I can call to confirm these details?
