    Thankyou for reaching out. Before proceeding, is it the R25A Package that is needed? Can I also know the details of the end customer for this request and finally, for this request NDA is needed before the document can be shared.

      Yes, I need the stencil recommand spec for R25A Package. End customer is Microsoft.

      End customer: Microsoft

      CM(order site): Foxconn P/N M1239891-001

      PM/EE/SE: SE

      Project name: HGX4 Fan_Board

      Application: RACK 3U

      Demand(EAU): 4~6K

      Usage(pcs on board): 1

      Trial run schedule: 7/30

      MP schedule: P1 7/30
