accordance order of LUT pin to Cyclone II pin

I use Quartus II v13sp1 WebEdition. Synthesis is performed for FPGA Cyclone II.

For my diploma work are necessary to know accordance order of LUT pin to Cyclone II pin

what I mean!?

by adding LUT its pins inside of the physical circuit Cyclone II go in order? Like this:

Why it’s important for my research?

I develop the device for which accuracy is critical.

If the legs are in a row, and short circuit, I lose accuracy in the senior ranks - and this is very critical for the result

if if the legs are in a chaotic in a row, and they will short circuit, I lose accuracy in the junior ranks, it is not critical for me!
