About the life cycle of FPGA and CPLD

We are reviewing the parts we use in response to component obsolescence, and there was a statement that Intel has announced that it will extend the life cycles of its FPGAs and CPLDs until 2035.

Reference URL: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/support-resources/devices/max-ii-support.html?elq_cid=3864896_ts1705040465398

Since it was said to be an "announcement," I tried looking for a source somewhere, but I couldn't find any such description.

It would be helpful if you could give me any information.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
