Honored ContributorThis part number doesn't exist on the Altera web site, and if you have a look at the datasheet (http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/stratix-iv/stx4_siv51001.pdf) on pages 1-15 to 1-16, the EP4SE230 FPGA only exists with 780 pins in the F29 package.
