5M40ZM64I, 5M80ZM64I, 5M80ZM68I

I am interested in 5M40ZM64I, 5M80ZM64I, 5M80ZM68I but don't seem to see them widely stocked in the mBGA package only the larger EQFP E64 package. Has anyone used the mBGA package, does it exist? ...

Sorry for the delay. For your information, the devices that you have mentioned above are not available in our system database and it is also not available at our authorized distributor. We only have the part number that end with 'N' suffix which means it is ROHS compliant.
